Farm Technocrat's Forum (FTF) intends to serve as Service/Staff Provider. Fast diversification in trade & industry, sharp increase in the number of development plans and programmes in the Govt. sector, increasing cost in recruitment process, legal implications in contractual placements, particularly in Govt. sector and most importantly wastage of long time in the process of recruitment and placement (right from giving advertisement in the press, obtaining applications and scrutinizing the applicants, calling candidates for interview, release of selection list and giving at least one month joining time, etc.) are compelling the job providing organisations, to look for an agency that may get them suitable skilled professionals in required numbers at hand. At the same time, providing suitable jobs to the skilled as well as unskilled manpower is a social obligation. So to bridge the gap between the requirements in various organizations (job providers) and the career aspirations of individuals (job seekers), role of Service Providers in the whole gamut has become absolutely essential and unavoidable. The FTF being a group of professionally skilled (in diverse fields), administratively experienced, socially credible people can play an invaluable role in bridging the link between the two job clients (providers and seekers).
